It's better to try luck in Canada, here in India you can't expect to save much out of your earning (unless you are MBA from a top ranking school). And in the end the question is, why not experience something new in life! Even after reading many -ve review, I still believe it's a golden opportunity....just once in a life time....we are from middle class Indian family, with loads of hopes and aspiration (sorry, if I look emotional...lolz). After spending two years in the Army, I only realize life is nothing but an adventure/a game. Who cares for what would be there tomorrow !

hi sarah. . i read your post as regards sadness on the situation of students in canada, can you please tell what are the grave problems apart from being home sick.

the forum members were delighted when you got the visa , but it seems you are not happy in the present situation.


please share the major troubles .. so that other students are well prepared before they enter canada.

But no body is there to cook, clean or iron for you. Every small single thing you have to do it your own. You learn about the real life. You learn how to deal with dishonest and disloyal people. Now you know how your family was looking after you. You can't change Canada, you can't change the people around you over there. You have to change yourself. Be strong and sure that good days are just around the corner. Once you know the culture, city and its rules, things will change for you. You need to come out from your dreams and start from scratch.
All of the immigrants go through same phases. Most of them accept the challenge and become successful. After 10 years you may find that many people are working for you. You are the boss. This is the story of thousands of people (this is my personal experience in the UK).

Be strong, honest, hard worker and consistent. Things will change very quickly.
