Dear all - pl note my comments :

A35/36/37 - Refers to section under Immigration and Refuge Protection Act

35 - Human or International Rights Violation
36 - Serious Criminality
37 - Criminality (max two offences)

**** AS PER GCMS - NO CONCERNS EVIDENT**** this refers to our Criminality check - which is PASS

Referring to hours worked - this stage refers to VO Stage (Verification - Second/final level of eligibility criteria)

If at any point under a CEC application , inconsistency exists on numbers of hours worked Verification will be advanced to stage of work call and reference letter requests etc. CHC may also look into ROE (RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT IF APPLICABLE) or service Canada Records..

To make this process easier - write up a cover letter with supporting Pay stubs and reference letter from employers worked and send it to chc as well alert employers of a possible VO Call

good luck

I got GCMS notes today. i am bit worry about 2 statements in GCMS notes (red colour )

i applied CEC with 2 years experience, but as per VO notes it says 12 months .

i did understand A35/36/37 means ??

Please advise.

Application Received: 2012/oct
ELIGIBILITY: IN PROGRESS
SECURITY: NOT STARTED
HIRV:
CRIMINILITY: IN PROGRESS
MEDICAL: NOT STATED

FOSS/GCMS Check : No adverse info.Temporary resident status authorized during CEC qualifying period.Civil status -Married,Spouse. Work experience :2283 NOC declared, information system testing technicians.Worked full time for ABC inc for Client XYZ Inc as software tester from 2010-may to 2012-july (date of employment letter).supporting docs appear to demonstrate experience in this NOC code.Apperars to meet 12 months canadaian skilled work experience criteria.Review recommended. Language :IELTS submitted, meet benchmarks for work experience at Type O,A skill level. Education : No Canadian Credential granted.
All required PCs received and there seems to be no A35/36/37 concerns evident No Additional docs required at this time.

The first point has no problem with it. The VO is saying "applicant appears to meet 12 months of experience".
In my opinion it should say "appears to meet 24 months of experience".

Your GCMS notes does not raise any red flag. I think you are good to go.
