Hi there,

When uploading documents, there are two sections:

- Education (degree/diploma)
- Education transcripts

So where should I put WES report since it has my transcript for my foreign education?

I am now putting only transcript for Canadian education under Education transcript section. And for Edication section, I put my Canadian degree, foreign degree with WES report. Is it ok?

Please advise.
Thanks.

Submit WES as part of Education along with foreign degree certificate. Canadian education transcript can go under Education Transcripts

As long as you have the reference letters with all the required information you are good to go. Check the instructions next to the document upload upload placeholder in your personalised checklist. I think, lately, the instructions have been modified to include pay stubs as well, but not mandatory.

Ok wow where do we get all the information saying we need this is it once you have completed the application and you receive the personalised document check list. Does anyone know also once you get the document check list do we still have the 90 days left to apply and can we still go back and amend ? Or does this put a specific time clock on things, I presumed we would have 90 days to edit the application etc and then once submitted obviously it would be locked. That seems like a lot of information on jobs do we need all this, I need to go to my employers and get it all

Hi, Guys

Whats is the best document for proof of funds? Is bank statement ok?

Also in case my father and I transfer some money to wife's account who is primary applicant then do we need to write a letter or gift deed? IF yes is there any format or it has to be notarised?

A bank letter following IRCC's requirements is sufficient.

A declaration from your father that the funds transferred are a gift and not a long as well as proof of transfer will suffice. No need to notarize anything.

"The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that lists all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans.
The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance for the past six months."

If my reference letter was complete then that's all I would upload.

As my reference letter from a government job does not include my duties to match my noc I have to provide back up evidence. Well, not HAVE to, but otherwise I run the risk of being rejected.

As my old manager and colleagues are all bound by a non disclosure policy I have to do self declared duties and will provide rejection emails as well as the actual policy. All this combined, I pray, is enough to convince cic of what I did.

Thanks once again

I'm doing my application through a law firm as my situation is a little complicated and I want to make sure it's done properly for peace of mind.

I'm using the law firm for this website, David Cohen, to submit my documents. It's telling me that it's mandatory to provide a high school diploma, along with my degree certificate. Problem is, high schools in England don't provide high school diplomas. Do I actually need this? If so, what is the substitute for British high schools?

Thanks

Need urgent help - NOC 2173 or 2174
As my current designation is "Design Engineer", I mentioned NOC 2173 while applying.
I received ITA on 4th January'2017 but when I checked roles and responsibilities,
I found that NOC 2174 suites me better as I do coding/bug fixing/testing using C++.
Now should I decline ITA and create new profile again? what are the chances of receiving ITA again in next draw
Or should I continue with NOC 2173, what are the consequences of this?
Please help guys!!

Under the intended Work section:
Does xxxxxxxxxx have a job offer in Canada?
I answered Yes.

Should it be answered no?Is it related to LMIA? I'm working on PGWP for an employeer for more than a year, so I get points for Canadian work experience. That is the only work I have done.

But now it asks me to upload:
Offer of Employment
Letter of Employment
Employment Records

Offer of Employment looks like LMIA related.

If I want to change my answer to no after I received the ITA, will it be an issue? or should I just upload my current employeer offer letter and explain it in LOE?

Thoughts and suggestions please.

Thank you :)
