Hi Trivedi,
I have applied for a visitor visa for my in-laws on 17th March and it was refused on 28 March based on the following reasons.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay, given the details you have provided in your application.
I have mentioned they have unmovable assets such as farm land, rental properties, and commercial plots a total value of 300k CAD that require their attention
I have shown funds of about 30K CAD in my Canadian bank and indian bank account
The purpose that I stated that my wife requires her parents' help during pregnancy.
We both are permanent residents, and I am the sponsor, I have a job
I request your input on how my application is different from yours, and it will help to get approved in the near future. Your comments are highly appreciated! thank you
