Here is my study permit timeline:

SDS India application: 4 Nov 2024
Biometrics given and updated: 7 Nov 2024
Webform: 3 Dec 2024
Medical passed: 4 Dec 2024 (upfront medical was given on 4 Oct 2024)
BVL: 5 Dec 2024
PPR: 6 Dec 2024

I raised a webform on Saturday and got a response yesterday.. I have the exact same application dates as you..What response did you get in the webform if any? Just want to check if mine matches!

Sorry to hear that some of the SDS cases have been taking so long! Most of the SDS cases in this tracker are already completed but there’s a couple that took a long time or are still pending for a few months even: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/study-permit-tracker

You can filter by SDS and see for yourself, there’s a few delayed cases there too unfortunately..

i applied for my Canada study permit on 9 December and got my biometrics done on 12 December. My classes are going to start on 6 January and my PAL will expire on 21 January 2025. how many chances are there that i will get my visa processed or how many chances are there to get my visa?
I'm from Pakistan i paid GIC but SDS stream is closed.

I submitted my online SDS study permit application on 4th November 2024
Biometrics completed on 7th November 2024

Haven't received my visa decision yet .. it has been more than 3 weeks now

I received a ghost update on my gc key day before ( Saturday late night )
where the status on gc key said "application has been updated" but after that it went back to "submitted" .. No more update after this

Anyone know how long its currently take for IRCC to stamp the passport and send back. VFS Delhi Office.

APPLICATION UPDATE - Received Approval today ie 13th December 2024

TIMELINE -
4th Nov 2024 SDS Online application submitted
7th Nov 2024 Biometrics
13th Dec 2024 PPR

Below is stamping timeline of a known friend:

PPR: 22 Nov
Passport Submitted at VFS Ahmedabad: 25 Nov
Passport Reached IRCC Delhi: 27 Nov
Passport Dispatched from IRCC Delhi: 10 Dec
Passport back in hand: 12 Dec

I submitted mine to VFS Pune on 9 Dec and it reached IRCC Delhi on 11 Dec. I'm hoping for further updates soon.
