Just got ceremony instructions email. It’s virtual , even though I live very close to one of their ceremony offices, but not requesting a change. Seen people waiting for months for an in-person ceremony.

LPP marked as completed today, Oct 30th. Date on Tracker says Oct 28 (day of the interview).

Oath "not started". fingers crossed I get it soon and a date within the next month (I'm in GTA).

Timeline:

Applied: Jan 6.
Returned: Jan 21, reapplied same day.
AOR: Feb 4.
Test+BG: Feb 24.
Test complete: Mar11.
7 months and nothing
Interview: Oct28.
LPP: Oct28.
Oath: Not started.

Just got oath update in tracker. 24 November.

Anyone from January applicant still waiting for background check here??

This shit took so long for me and Im loosing it, it does not make any sense why!! I just got my Test completed that’s it nothing else since then

You are likely in security screening. GCMS notes might give you an indication on where your applicaiton is. If it make you feel better, a lot of people from 2024 and 2023 are still waiting for their background to clear as well.

We applied in January, everything is complete in my tracker except for oath ceremony but background and prohibitions “in progress” for my husband.
