just to be clear I have already submitted application for me and my wife for citizenship. Today I received ADR stating I need to provide police certificate for my home country if I stayed more than 6 months since age of 18. Didn't mention anything about within last 4 years. To be clear I stayed only 3 months in my country in last 4 years so I didn't upload a police certificate. My wife stayed more than 6 months so we uploaded her certificate but she also got the police certificate request for stay since age of 18. Doesn't make sense to me unless they have different rules for my home country

after doing some digging I found out IRCC invoked section 23.1 of the Citizenship act which basically empowers them to ask for anything at anytime. I will be submitting the police certificate as requested. In my AOR letter I didn’t receive any tracker link. Will I get another AOR after submitting the additional docs ? Thank you all

yes, used this link. I entered application number and UCI number, then it went to a screen, where it asked me to click "Send Code" button to send an activation code to my email. I am not getting this email at all though, i checked in spam and other places etc.
Do i need to check with IRCC or wait for IRCC to send me an email to activate my account. (asking as it is 10 days now)

I also got my AOR but there was no tracker link in the letter. Are we going to receive another email ?

After 2-5 business days , you will receive a separate email to create account for tracker.

I had the same issue, raised a request via web form with screenshots. They fixed it, it took ~2 months.

My two kids and I just received our AORs, However my wife is still waiting on hers.
Submitted online on Aug 26 - AORs (3/4) received today Oct 27.

Update: My wife received an email with a request for a gap explanation from her previous passport. This was already provided however, we will be responding via webform soon.

Yes looks like they are requesting some information that was previously provided. For me they asked for my previous police certificates which I had provided with my PR application. People here have suggested to just submit whatever information they have asked for.
