I think i would have received background completed also today for my parents. But received an ADR for some info on my fathers military’s background.
Anyhow, so gotta provide that and wait it out couple of days.

Applied mom and sister visa using GCKey and still no update since January 25.

Timeline

Background Check: in progress for both

Processing time from home country is 27days now but during the application is was only 19 days. I don't know why it's taking forever to have new updates. I know some of those who used the new portal received decision in less than 20 days.

At least it give a good sign you were not decline in the first two weeks, in my country processing time is 37 days I got 36 no updates yet however a friend of mine approved yesterday at the exact 37 days. If it went further time frame a guess is positive.

Hi;
I did a mistake on the main form and swapped first name and last name. Once I realized it, raised a webform and explained what happened. It was corrected next day and the biometric shows completed now.
