Same dates as yours, I received the email yesterday. Test is between March 24th and April 13th. So as long as you receive it before 24th, which you will, you should be fine.

For what am seeing from oct nov dec applicants the last stage is takinglong, some of them got oath invitation

I checked the Canada website to see the AORs that are being sent out, it is now passed the applications that got delivered on Feb. 2nd. Should I worry or not? Or it’s still going through other phase before consideration?

Hey, a friend of mine got his AOR today and he sent his paper application in the 1st week of Feb as well (probably same date) Give it until end of next week, I think you should get your AOR.
You sent your app 9 days after me, background check completed and did the test.. and me.. still waiting.

Apparently, you cannot have a PR Card and Passport as proof. You need to only have either and one additional ID proof.. while their documentation says a passport can be one of the proofs. Well, very unclear instructions by them. It was a paper application, but I called CIC and confirmed I could apply online.. so I chose that so I could get an answer in 2 weeks rather than 2 months.
Paper application was delivered on Jan 19 and AOR was received on March 6. There is no update after that so far
