I got this email today as well. I received the AOR email with my case number on Jan 30th and was able to start tracking my account on Feb 1st. I'm not sure why they send the second one out so late, especially when the AOR email contains information on how to do this, anyway.Got another email from IRCC today saying how I should create a tracker (the email contains the wrong link). I have been on the tracker since the 28th of JAN. Wonder why I got 2 emails.
I was getting error until yesterday. I guess they need at least 48 hours to update.Please advise how you have created tracker account. it seems an error whenever I do it. Thank you.
Same here retried again and same error. Keep posted when youI am in the same boat. AOR 19th Feb. I sent the webform on 2nd Feb regarding technical issue and received a generic email so far. Still waiting for the good news!!
yes same issue. It’s not you alone anyone who have received AOR on Jan 19 and Jan 20 cannot create tracker account. Mostly all of them are complaining about the same thing. You can submit webform like other folks did in this channel and hopefully they resolves the issue.Hey Folks,
We submitted a group application (Spouse and I) on Jan 6, 2023. We received an email from CIC on Jan 20 that looks to be an AOR (Has a PDF with UCI/Group ID/Application No and "This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship.")
We both tried creating our tracker account here: https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register but keep getting error
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet"
We don't have any representatives
Received another email a few days ago with subject "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application" and links to tracker, but this looks like old tracker app that's not live anymore - https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/
What is going on? I still am unable to create tracker account. Anyone in same boat? I've tried everything - No VPN, No copy-pasting values, incognito mode, no dashes in UCI etc etc etc

I was able to view status of my wife's online application in the tracker. It does take about 48 hours before the application number is loaded. Now waiting for AOR on my paper application for me and my kid.. Any ideas on what the trend is for time to get AOR for paper applications ?What tracker are you checking ? Can u send me the link ?
