Hi all,

Anyone enrolled to CBU Nova Scotia for Jan 2022 intake? I am going from Dubai as a non SDS category.

Timeline
I applied on sept 6th
biometric done on sept 8th
Medical done on sept 12th
Last update on sept 12th.
Now Waiting for the good news.

Please reply here if you guys are in similar path.

Any updates, feedback, advice and guidance are appreciated.

Anyone know when can accept the ppr ??

Thanks.

Good day everyone,
It being 14 weeks that I put in my application and nothing is happening with the application. Can anyone advise me on what to do. Class start January. Thanks in advance.
Raise webform to the Visa Office, IRCC.

I got my admission a bit late. Is it worth applying for Student Visa? I am planning on 29th Oct.
The earliest biometric is 8th December. SDS is 20 Calendar days but from this thread doesn't look like 20.

8th Dec to 12th Jan - One month of timeline for visas!
I have asked the college to allow me a late attendance date, let's see.

What would you recommend?

I noticed that students are allowed to enter 1 month before the starting of their program, so to be on the safe side do it before 2-3 weeks.
I've already made some searches on the IRCC website. Nothing says that it's only allowed for 1 month before! As long as I have a valid visa, I can travel at any time!

To make sure that nothing will go wrong, try to contact your university or the canadian embassy, just to be on the safe side.
