I have applied August 20th through SDS PROGRAM the 23rd biometrics. CPC EDMONTON still waiting for answer… does anyone know how long it takes to get an answer under the SDS??
Mine is SDS and Edmonton office too.

Edmonton visa office has lots of delays as per the current pattern I am seeing. The average time they are taking is around 3 months.

I have raised web forms and called them too. They are only taking Afghanistan related inquiries.

Please help me how can I raise a webform
The link for webform is in the question mark symbol near the Final Decision title in your gckey application status page. Write your webform to your home country visa office (I wrote to Turkey office). Ask them, "I applied the study permit on "Date". Which step is taken presently for my application? Is there a certain time to get a final decision? Best Regards,"

My application is also in process in CPC Edmonton. Applied on August 11 and Biometrics on August 13. Since then no update. Its really frustrating

I have written to my home country office, that’s when I was informed that my CPC is Edmonton and they told me I should forward my message to them!

Why then they have added new countries to the SDS?! , if CPC EDMONTON is only taking Afghanistan inquiries then they shouldn’t be processing SDS Applications ! According to my LOA I should be in Canada by December 1st not a day late . Is there any way we could ask to process SDS applications in a different office??

What does BIL mean?

BIL = Biometric Instruction Letter

It's the letter you receive 24 hours after submitting your online application, instructing you to give your biometrics at your local VAC. Once submitted, you should see an update in your profile where it says that you already gave your biometrics and their validity.

No what to do now
@Navleengill so you submitted your application and you did not receive your Biometrics Instruction Letter?

If that's the case, you should send a Webform attaching the proof of payment of your Biometrics (assuming you paid for them along with your application) and wait for a reply. I don't know about another way to solve this.
