2022-03-07 Tem file number - Sponsor Email
2022-03-16 AOR
2022-03-16 Medical request for PA and non-accompanying dependants

Note: inland spousal sponsorship application; submitted by paper; two non-accompanying dependants outside Canada; PA out of status in Canada; biometrics is still valid....

I'm not sure why, but the online applications seem to be lagging behind paper applications. Our paper application was received January 10th and we received AOR emails March 8. I'm sure you will receive your AOR very soon. Best of luck to you

Same here except ours was paper based. They received our application on January 4th and I haven't received AOR yet. I'm a bit worried now.

Give it a few days. They need to enter the info into the system and it can take several days to link successfully.

Mar 11/2022: AOR - Sponsor's Email
Mar 11/2022: Application linked to the IRCC website
Mar 16/2022: Biometrics Request
Mar 16/2022: Medical Request

If the doctor uses e-Medical, you don't need to do anything. The doctor will send everything to immigration.
