In order for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to continue the process of your citizenship application, scanned copies or photos of all passport(s) and travel document(s) pages held during your eligibility period are required. If you do not have a travel document or passport, please provide an explanation. You must provide a colour copy of each page, including blank pages.

Does travel document mean your PR card? Should I include that and resend them the scans again?

Also, when you receive an additional document(s) request, does it show on the tracker? It hasn't been reflected on mine.

Why don't you call IRCC and clarify that you have already sent it? You might want to send the scan again and ensure no pages are missing in the scan.

A travel document is similar to a passport - like a refugee travel document or a certificate of identity.

Citizenship Ceremony - February 15, 2023
Citizenship application status: Closed - February 15, 2023 (updated February 17, 2023)
Citizenship Certificate received: February 21, 2023
Office: Scarborough
I had my ceremony on the same day but my tracker is still showing up “in progress” and i haven’t received anything.

couple of questions if anyone can answer I’d appreciate it:
1. What happened after you sent out your oath letter? Did you get an automatic response like sending out a webform?

2. did you add any information on the body of the email other than the text they showed during the ceremony? I mean your UCI, info, etc..?

thanks!

Thanks, I double checked and I sent all the pages. I'll resend them again and I'll attach the email I originally sent last month.

Please update my Citizenship ceremony completed today via zoom.

where should I find the affirmation of citizenship form? I don’t see it online or it s different from what I see in the invite letter. Thanks!

Congratulations! It should be part of your oath "Notice to Appear" PDF

Is it one of the pages in the end after the instructions in the PDF?

yes, it is page 7 of the attachment. It is a small image in a A4 document. Very tiny to write all details and name and signature. Is that the one I should complete n send?

Yes, thanks a lot. It was some download error and my documents didn’t have after page 8. It’s fixed now. :)

wishing everyone waiting a speedy process!!!

1. I received a confirmation email 2 minutes later
2. I didn't, only followed the instructions from their email: subject line as requested, signed PDF. Nothing else, the body was blank

Procedures in your office might be different, maybe they don't send confirmations at all. Check with other Vancouver applicants
