Hi, I got the same request for "additional information" on Feb 16, but I have yet to receive any email or mail. May I know how you handled that in your case? Did you just keep waiting or reach out to IRCC? Thank you.

mine was on Feb 6th and closed on Feb 8th (shown in the tracker on Feb 10th). No certificate yet.

Certificate received today! I'm going to apply for passport next week.

Submitted my application in January 2022 with an AOR of march 3rd. I haven't had any updates except the ghost update on dec 16, 2022. Everything still shows "in progress". Is anyone else in the same boat?

My BG was completed in Sep and no update since then. I am super worried. Is anyone in the same boat? or Can anyone advice if is really odd
