Thank you for response, let me clear my self, can I apply for passport with online certificate print or do I have to wait for original certificate? I am not enrolled for online certificate pilot program.
If you are not enrolled in the e-certificate program pilot, you will NOT receive a soft copy. You will have to wait for the paper certificate to arrive by Canada Post (virtual ceremony) or pick it up after oath (in-person ceremony)

Received oath email from Calgary office today and here I was thinking my application was being processed by Vancouver office.
My Cermony is also from Calgary office on Feb 16th. It looks like there are lot of ceremonies happening.
Can you pls check your oath email & confirm how much time it says for the certificate delivery at page 4?
Mine says 6 months not sure if this is a typo error.

Received online oath email today. Have questions can I apply for passport with soft copy of citizenship certificate or do I have to wait for hard copy? Please advise if anyone know about this. Thank you.
There is no soft copy unless you are registered for the pilot program.

Are you using https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ to track the application?
Email only comes for Test and Oath. All other status you need to login to above tracker and check.

As one year has gone by your Background and Test should have been completed by now.

I am in the same situation. You say "it should have been completed by now", but the reality is that IRCC does not provide any information. There is no way to tell them that this is not normal compared to everyone else in this thread. I tried to phone, use online forms and send emails. Never had an answer why there is no change since September (Background check complete) and still no test invite. They consider the application to still be in "normal processing time" and they do nothing.
I am happy for you all but it makes me so crazy and annoyed to have to wait to know that they somehow put you aside without any explanation and you just have to wait and wait and wait, without being able to do personal plan. I

Has anyone changed their address just before oath or during oath?
How did it go?
Did it cause any delays?
Did you have to fill any web forms?
I changed mine before the oath ceremony by webform. The Officer confirmed my address at the oath ceremony. I don't think the change resulted in any delays

Did you email or submitted a web form earlier about travelling out of country? Let’s join Feb 16th oath Cermony discussion forum. Will be easier to discuss there

I understand. Some application just get ignored for a long time without ever knowing what's the issue. Do you know your processing office? Try getting the GCMS notes to see if you can find anything from there.

2 to 4 weeks, it says. Document version is "CIT 0122 E (09 2022) Video oath - CPD". what's yours?
