There were some erroneous updates on the new tracker asking for addition info. I believe someone here contacted the call center and was told it was an incorrect update.Help needed

What is the best number to contact an officer ? They asked me for adinional information and my tracker says to check my email. I checked my email and junk folder and I don’t see anything.
I know about the web but it will take about a month (I contacted before and it took a month)

I don't think you can call the individual officer processing your case but you can email your office with a screenshot of the tracker and asking you haven't received a corresponding email.
If you're an online applicant at/near test stage, it could also be the usual passport request.
Also if you're seeing the tracker updated very recently like yesterday or today it might also be worth waiting for a day or two to see if you get the email.
