That’s great. Thank you for your response. Just to confirm, is COPR received by mail or on GCKey?Counterfoil is the Visa stamping placed on PA's passport; however, on GCKey PA will receive an update 'Document Status' displaying Name, UCI, Document Number, Passport Number, Approval and Expiry Date.
When PA gets passport you'll see the stamping/sticker on one of the pages.
COPR is a document which outlines personal, application, medical, sponsor and dependants details - to be shown and activated by IRCC Officer to declare PR status in Canada. Other relevant information for when PA arrives in Canada is also attached to COPR.
PA can travel anytime; before Visa or Medical expires whichever comes first I believe.
