No, kids are just "attached" to their adults and thus no separate progress is indicated. Only AOR. My wife submitted with kids on paper and thus she can be tracked in ECAS - so for kids the last record is "we started to process your application"
While I wish it would be so but I'm afraid that it's not the case. All statuses are not definitive, so that they could hop between complete-in progress if additional steps are required. E.g. for those with FP expired - BG check hops back to in progress. But in general that is "one way switch" . As for the DM - I suppose that it is more corresponding to the oath invitation. I saw that many received an invitation for some distant date (like next april) that was later corrected to the way closer date (2-3 weeks from now).
