I was told by the Canada Post employee that signatures were not being obtained anymore so I couldn’t opt for that. With the tracking number, I could verify that it was delivered a few days later though. This was in January, of course.

Fedex will try to deliver up to three times. Although, no one was there, the driver will leave a tag on the door and employee will see that tag today. I am sure it will be delivered today since today is not a holiday. Hope your package will be safe.

As per tracker, the latest ones who received AOR from online applications are the ones who submitted on December 19,2020. Nothing beyond that so far.

Paper applicants have been receiving their AORs already as far as Feb 22 but unfortunately, online applicants have been stuck with December applications. Never heard anyone who applied online in January have received AOR.
Oh, I see. I will keep posted myself on the trend. As I saw some of the applicants for previous years haven't received any updates. hopefully, it will get better. Thank you for the insight.
