Hey there! I used chrome on windows 10 to do my application. I made sure everything that I am uploading is less than 4mb and in .pdf file format (except the photo which was .jpeg). I also named my files as follow: filename_firstname_lastname so for example physical_presence_calculator_firstname_lastname.pdf
Hi there,

Thank you for your response. I tried that but still can't upload my application :( Just wondering did you submit your application in one go or took your time (logged out and logged in few times?) and are you connected to WiFi or cable internet (Ethernet)? I am not sure how long does it take to upload files on their database (system) so just making sure that files are uploaded and attached with the application. Only thing that i haven't tried is connecting via ethernet so making sure that's not the issue here.

Totally slipped my mind until now. My husband's driver's licence as well as health card expired 2 days before he applied for citizenship. He included the expired D/L along with the bio page of his current passport as proof of identification. He did mention in the cover letter that Ontario government has extended the validity until further notice. I hope that is alright. Anyone in a similar situation?

As per new application ( CIT 0002 10-2020) guidelines IRCC is accepting PR card as an identification document.

Hello Guys,

is someone able to get I94 for Travel History. For me its showing no records found.

Thanks
Ashish Vyas
The website will provide arrival and departure date information for a passport number for the past 5 years.
If you entered with your passport number and showing no records, I guess you did not travel to US for the past 5 years?

I got it done in one go. But I periodically clicked the "Save" button. Took me 2 hrs to fill up the application and scan my documents and upload them. I am connected to wired ethernet

I tried on Windows 10 workstation that is connected with Ethernet, ensured all files are smaller than 4 MB and kept their name short. Again, application is not submitting, not sure where the issue is! i have sent a web form query to IRCC, let's hope they'll be of some help this time.

Thank you.

Hi Folks,
I have an URGENT question,

on the form
Application For Canadian Citizenship CIT 0002 (10-2020) E

Question number 9(a),
eligibility period, we enter only To field, let's assume the signing application date is today 27/Jan/2021
so we are entering 2021-01-26 (one day less than signing day otherwise it is not validating)
the From date calculated automatically, which comes down to 2016-01-26
that means: From 2016-01-26 To 2021-01-27

But on the Online calculator,
when we fill application signing date 2021-01-27
the eligibility period automatically comes down from 2016-01-27 to 2021-01-26

There is ONE day difference is happening, and I am pretty sure I am not the only one who has this, the Application form has VALIDATE button now too,

Please advise how did you do it??

Thanks

We just did this yesterday. As long as the online calculator is correct and you meet the eligibility period. There's not much you can do about it! Seems like a bit of a glitch with the form as it'll put from 2016-01-26 To 2021-01-26 rather than 2016-01-27 to 2021-01-26 like the calculator.
