FYI, I've got a ghost update on my profile yesterday, my medical exam has changed from "you've passed the medial exam" to "you don't need a medial exam".

I assume this is because my medial exam has expired.

Does anyone experience the same? any thoughts on what will happen next?

This has been my 3rd ghost update, I've got two before border reopening

Hi folks & @legalfalcon, if I leave Canada now and stay in the home country for an extended period of time (more than 6 months) for family reasons, would that impact my application? Do I need to inform the IRCC about the location change?
As always, thank you so much for your help.

It has no impact on your application irrespective of where you live in the world. Based on your country of residence how the COPR will be issued to you will differ.

If you are outside Canada for an extended period of time, you should update your address with IRCC, since if you receive a COPR you will be sent the instructions based on your country of residence.

I'm outland and the GCMS note indicates primary VO Singapore. Saw the programme assistant noted in Feb 2021 R10 OK recommendation pending PC. Singapore VO noted in Apr 2021 PC received via online. No movement thereafter.
