Received the following document request from IRCC. My sibling does not have any utility bills so far, he is in Canada physically and is working there as well.

Sibling- Residence CDA: Please provide proof of your Sibling’s Residence in Canada that is not one of the following: a Canadian bank statement, provincial driver’s license, or other provincial ID

Can anyone advise how they tackled this request??
HI,

I am also in the same situation right now. please help me with what documents you submited for proof of sibling residency.

Another extension on direct flights from India till 21st September.. now this is unjust... We are not the only ones with the variant now.. and banning us did not stop the spread..

Why is this with India only.. no hope for FSWs again..

Hi @legalfalcon need an advice from you please. does it mean something when info sharing marked as complete ?

RVF or Ready to Finalize means that the application is ready for a final decision subject to any pending checks. This is usually written in an officer's note.

RPRF: complete, means that the Right to Permanent Resident Fee is already paid.

@legalfalcon Just want to say your comments are brilliant and insightful across this forum. Have a two questions for you.

1. In the official IRCC status page, there's a weekly update on the AOR date for applications that are getting finalized: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html

The message for today's snapshot is
"
Canadian Experience Class applications
...
We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
"

Question: What does IRCC define most applications - Is it 50%, 80% or some other number?
Follow up question: What about Inland PNP application status, is there no visibility on the AOR for PNP based IRCC applications that are getting finalized?

2. I am an inland applicant. Would you recommend I wait for my 1 year Canadian work experience anniversary and reapply as CEC Inland? Or will that result in my application becoming "complex" and land in limbo state.

Hi @legalfalcon
My AOR is Jan. 25
PNP TO EE Inland
Just received GCMS. It shows:
Assessment:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrep:
Info Sharing: In progress
Other Reqs:
Final:

But on my IRCC website account shows that my Eligibility is still under review.
I am confused. does it mean the IRCC website's information is outdated?
What should i expect next?
Your reply will be really helpful.
Thank you

How long did it take for your GCMS notes to arrive?

Most mean majority unless the application falls within the definition of complex.

Currently, IRCC is not prioritizing the PNP or FSW.

2. You can file another application and each application will be processed on its own merits.
