Hello members, I would like to get an advise.
I ordered gcms (2021/06/03)notes it says
Eligibility: passed
Security: cancelled
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed
Info sharing: complete
My AOR is Jan 30, 2021 and 1 dependent
CEC INLAND APPLICANT
I got a refusal mail on Mar 4, 2021 incomplete application due to R10(college diploma missing). I asked reopen the application because I already summitted diploma.
IRCC reopened my application March 16, 2021 and sent the letter to repay processing fee so I paid it right away and they reviewed my additional document(payment receipt) on Mar 19, 2021.
Medical passed on March 22
Bio completed on March 24
According to GCMS, my security as “cancelled” since March 3, 2021.
I would like to know whst happened on my application.

The status is form before your application was reopened. When an application is refused, all other admissibility stages are cancelled by default.
The security will change and will be initiated after your eligibility is conclusively passed.

Anyone from VANCOUVER VO with AOR between 21 & 25 JAN 2021 still waiting without any Updates.
Mine last update was on 3rd March 2021 for an additional document received.

Did you try contacting CIC regarding status.
I contacted them two weeks back and the answer was Background check is being done.
I had called IRCC for a query and asked them where is my file being processed at.
Maybe GCMS notes also have information about VO.

Hopefully someone can help ( @legalfalcon ?). We got and submitted our photos in the PR confirmation portal and waiting for eCOPR. However, my dependent has to go to US next week and stay there for two weeks. He has a student permit that’s still valid, and a tourist visa that’s also still valid. I understand that if you don’t have a PR card yet, you need a PRTD to enter Canada. Can he reenter Canada on the basis of his student visa or his tourist visa? Any effects on the PR application of doing so?
