I am sailing the same boat. Jan 14, 2021 AOR. FSW-O Country of Residence US. If you don’t mind would you share your details? May be there are some similarities. And by the way, I called IRCC last week to inquire about biometrics status not being updated. They told me they have processing my biometrics. Then I specifically asked whether they received it or not, but the agent reiterated the same status - we are processing your biometrics. And then he added criminality check is in progress; Info sharing is in progress; eligibility hasn’t started.

Gave my biometrics on 2nd of March and the status has not been updated however I can see the details of my biometrics in application details..

I am a FSW-outland applicant with a 9th Jan AOR and I am still waiting for BIL. I got upfront medicals done and I dont even have an update on them.

Hi all, can you please assess the below situation and suggest the best guidance.

Received ITA on - December 9, 2020
Submitted my application on - January 15, 2021
Passed the medical exam on - February 5, 2021
Completed biometric on - February 24, 2021

The estimated processing completion date is - July 15, 2021

My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and the expected due date is October 10, 2021.

Can anyone please suggest the next steps related to my ongoing PR application?

I called today and they informed me my visa is being processed in Mexico VO, and they don’t have information on my application, only the VO. Anyone know how well is this VO processing visas?

What did you hear when you called? You should follow the instructions. That is the number I used and got across to them. I’m really confused on what you mean by legitimate.

I don't hear anything. Skype just says, this number is unavailable. I dialled another Canadian number and it got through.
Also, by legitimate, I mean I can't find any website or ircc page that lists this number down.

The agent couldn't give me any updates on my application, as the application is with LVO - Colombo

What is suspicious is, the call got connected the very first time. I heard two people talk unclearly in the background, they disconnected it.
I have been trying to call twice a day on the same number, 8am to 5pm EST but Skype now tells me the number is unavailable.

What is suspicious is, the call got connected the very first time. I heard two people talk unclearly in the background, they disconnected it.

So the official number 1-888-242-2100 is blocked outside of Canada. I think they blocked the 19056125416 too.

I called this number today and talked to an agent. Skype didnt work me. I called using Google hangouts. Try that at 8am toronto time. Keep trying. You will get through.
