So, if the background says your application is in progress, it is related to elegibility???

Hey !
Same thing happened to me few days ago and when I called IRCC the agent said that my eligibility was passed (I'm not sure if recommended or conclusively).
I think you should give it a try and call them (ask for eligibility, criminality, security and VO).
Thats a good sign. Are you Inland?

I think there is a relation since a lot of people was told that their eligibility is passed after BGS changed to "Your application is in progress".
But it's not a general rule, it depends on the VO I guess.

My IRCC account shows - 28% percent progress and PR in 4 months timeframe.

Does this mean anything, or is it just showing some system-generated stat and in reality the full process might still take a year to complete?
Hi! Mine shows the same. Are you also FSW express entry?

So that means they are going with the days. I think yours might also have changed when you reached 28% ??
My Aor is 11 Jan 2021. So I guess that is why we both had this change together today at 28%.

That is my guess but right now everything seems to be up in the air. If eligibility has passed that would be a relief.

When I got the GU, the progress bar was not appearing so I can't really tell you.
But you can still call IRCC and ask for your eligibility.

This was fast! I know that there are some March 2020 AOR people whose eligibility still hasn't been reviewed. Hopefully our batch will be processed quickly!

Progress bar is of no use. It only shows how many days out of 6 months since AOR have passed. Like 50% means it has been 3 months since your AOR. No relation to actual progress of your application

Hi I’m FSW-Outland. Got a request to fill out IMM5669 and IMM5604. Was a little apprehensive so did some research and it’s mostly for inland applicants or people applying with spouses or for grandparents. Should I be worried?

Hi, I'm new on this thread.

I got my ITA in January's draw CEC (Inland)

submitted my application on FEB 17.

There havsn't been any movement yet. I can't even see anything on ECAS either.

Is that normal? Please advise,

Showing the same for me : 28% complete, 4 months remaining. Changed yesterday for me. I believe we are sailing in the same boat. Good luck.
