1. The timeline graph that shows x% completed from 6 months has suddenly disappeared from my profile.
2. I want to understand the current status of my application. I see a lot of people commenting that their application is in the "Criminality" or "Security" phase. How are you finding this information.
3. I submitted my biometrics in Feb. I see the biometrics number being reflected in my profile "Applicant Information" but the status on biometrics reads:
- We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
Can someone help answer some or all of these questions?
Graph - you mean the progress bar -which was recently removed per the email from IRCC below. You can raise a web form and inquire about the status of your application. You can also request your Gcms Notes as well or instead. To see all the stages of an application
