I do not know for certain but believe refusal could follow without interview. BUT I repeat I do not know and perhaps I'm thinking of cases where PFL was looking for/requesting something specific.@armoured, I appreciate your valued opinion.
I am just asking general knowledge question, it makes me curious about DECISION process.
***Does INTERVIEW always happen if VO has some doubt about genuineness of relationship? Or can there be just Procedural Fairness Letter followed by direct REFUSAL if PFL is not satisfied, etc. (No misrepresentation issue or anything other than genuiness)
We received PPR/DM January 11 from Manila VO. We were also confused about the email and replies from VFS. One of the agents we chatted with ended up giving us a checklist that we followed the best we could and we sent via lbcexpress. We sent the documents including passport to the Manila VAC January 12, they received them January 14. Now we're just waiting hoping we did it correctly.PPR Received literally mins ago, but it says they do not accept courier services to their office, but then when we called, it said the office couldn't take passports in person due to COVID. Gonna need that clarified by the visa office when my wife wakes up.
Congrats on PPR, finally having some good news from Mississauga. We received PPR/DM January 11 from Manila VO. We were also confused about the email and replies from VFS. We've been looking into flights so we know what we're up against and that seems like another battle also.
How are things going for you guys now?
