According to my gckey, my medical exam was passed on 3rd October 2020. But I got this line "Medical results have been received" on 4th October 2020 on my ecas.

I had my medical exam on 26 September 2020 and got ecas updated with 'medical results have been received' on 4th October 2020.

oh no sorry, I meant the next step in ecas is DM....there's still some processing to do.
