ECAS is "Application Received" from August...
Means they are still not actively begun to process your application, once it changes to " In Process", it means its almost there couple months more tops. Also you should get a new line #2 in ecas saying " We have started processing your application on xxx..."

Thanks for sharing this info... god knows when it will change back to "In process".. loosing all hope of getting the visa within the 12 months mark!!

ECAS update:
PR application status - “Application received”

I got some more info regarding BVO. BOV is one of a handful of offices that is working at full captivity. This month IRCC started (new measure) to disseminate workload to BVO to mitigate backlogs. SVO is still the responsible office for processing and BVO is the office that will (did) upload the application.
Hi CDNsoldier,
I have the exact same situation. My file was transferred to NDVO but after getting GCMS notes and calling IRCC, I got to know that the file was transferred to BVO. My status changed to 'In process' this saturday but don't have the line "We started processing your..........". Do you have this line added on your ECAS?

I do not have a new line. The current line under PR application status changed from IP to AR.

Any idea when lvo will process dec 2019 and jan2020 application?
There are a number of factors influencing processing time. The most important at the moment is VO’s manning capacity due to COVID-19 . If the VO is working will full staffing, I would assume soon. However, seeing the COVID mess in the UK, it is highly unlikely that LVO is running at 100% ATM.

Have you sent an inquiry to LVO? If so, and you are not satesfied with the answers or the response lacks details. You can contact your local MP. MPs cannot influence the process but IRCC has a clear mandate to respond to MPs inquiry and they do in a more prompt and detaiLed method. GL!
