How long does it take for them to update the status on the requested documents? I uploaded the documents today, do you think within a week they update the status?

If you read my previous few post, you will see that, I uploaded docs on 19 February and heard nothing yet. I called CPC-Sydney and they advised me the bring forward (BF) time is 20 business days and my research on here tells me 30 calandras days.

BF is a term used by a lot if federal agencies. It’s a reminder notification for the agent. If the agent puts a BF date of, let’s say Feb 19. On Feb 19 when the agen runs a BF query, my file will pop up, and remind them to review the docs and move the file forward.

Well if the sponsor is in Canada and ,married outside country and have not received PR yet, he is eligible to take the Spousal open work category path. I did the same and get it. No job offer required.

Agreed! They can do a BF of a month however, once the docs are uploaded, they should get a notification and start working on the file again. Even in the email request at the bottom it says, "for faster service, use the web forum to upload all docs". What "faster service"? {faceplam}

Bio. and Med. request right during 14-20 days after AOR1 depends on case
You will be able to link once you get SA I believe

You are able to link right after AOR1. Which is before Bio/Med/SA.

You can look at the spreadsheet and match your dates to those in Feb. With your receive date as they pushed yours out. Technically even though you sent January to them your like a Feb Applicant at this point.
