Hi, I need help regarding IMM5475. As per document checklist Part A #12 "Authority to release personal information to a designated individual (IMM 5475) Use this form if you want to authorize IRCC to give your personal information to someone who will not act as your representative"
is this form mandatory to submit along with spousal application.

I have checked NO for this question on document checklist and haven't provided this form.

On Jan 02, 2020 my application has been received by CIC Sydney NS and till date have not even received AOR.
Is it possible that I have checked NO for this question and not submitted this form, it is holding up my file.

Now i am concerned and worried.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

3rd Jan 2020 my application received, until today no AOR.

Hello,

Could you kindly please tell me what was wrong with your IMM5406 that they have sent back the application?

Regards

Honestly, I had researched why we DIDN'T need to fill it out and thus, did not. I had found that answer on this forum somewhere (months back, keep in mind I've worked on putting the application together for months now) . He has only half-siblings and he STILL needed to fill it out even though I had read in at least 2 different places that he didn't need to or he was okay since we had no dependants.

THIS IS WRONG

You need to fill this out for the applicant regardless.

Admin: Please add my info to the spreadsheet.

Outland Application
Sponsor : Canadian Citizen in Canada
PA: Wife living in Vietnam
Application Received at CPC-Sydney: 28 JAN 2020

Good luck to all!

Thank you! I'm assuming "application received" is date of AOR?? If so, how does the formula calculate number of days if I do not indicate when I mailed my application?

Nope...Application Received is exactly what that means. When was the application was received at CPC- Syndey.

There is a table of Contents on the 1st Tab of the Spreadsheet.

Aor is 1 letter from ircc to sponsor. You must write only date. Days are formulas. You will be have date when they received file in ecas and gckey

Very true, my husband had to include half siblings and step siblings. Like you said, must be filled out regardless!

This is really frustrating as most people are getting AORs, medical, bio-metric.
Lets give us ourself a bit relief by assuming the officer assigned for our application is on vacation, so this might be the case for dead silence......lol

In my experience with getting Resident permit across the middle east and now Europe, officers in charge determines quite a lot in the timeline. Ofiicer 1 might be so fast and knowledgeable in your particular case than the others. What i am trying to say is, everyone will eventually get a reply. Do not get stressed because people who sent theirs after you did, are getting AOR. I wish us all success in this giant step.

Hi Everyone, I've been trying to reach out to the spreadsheet owner for a while and did not receive a response. I have copied the January Spreadsheet and updated the formula's. I did not loose or delete and information it's hidden. I just like to see the correct formulas. Hope no one minds. I also added a Feb Tab. Enjoy your day everyone.
