Hi there, I am also here from november 2019 AR , I did medical on Jan 29 and updated IRCC via webform what is your ecas status ?
it is been 1 year same status for me. called CIC few times and was told that file is natural progress and security and medical has not started.

Lot of inland applicants , From 2018 are still stuck some of the files were recently transferred to LVOs

No BIO required.
PAL and Criminal check request --> July 16 - 2020
Upfront Medical Exam --> Feb 5 - 2021
Response Upfront Medical Exams --> Feb 23 - 2021

No updates since then.

For some weird reason, Jan-March 2020 Inland/Papers-based applications are stuck.

I know some people that applied months later and got PR.
