Hi, senior. My application seems to be going to be complex. My office looks like be in transit from CIO to notorious Etobicoke because of eligibility. My secondary office was Ottawa in the previous GCMS note. It is Etobicoke now. File transferring has started on Feb/02, 2020 when my medical was passed. By the way, the file is not arrived at Etobicoke yet for over one month . Does anybody see this kind of case? Please advise.

Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass
Medical/Criminality pass, Eligibility/Security not started.

My friend’s representative said many applications since AR May 2020 have been sent to local office. Hope this would be a correct information.

Nope, they only count your ielts result at the time they receive the application. (AR). You’re good

Are there a lot of applicants who AOR before March 2020 being on hold like me?
I confirmed with calling CIC that all pass only security check not start yet, it seems almost half year keeping this status..
do you guys know what reason?

Similar stuff for me. Info sharing waiting for review and security not started since July 2020. I think my application is on hold because I applied when I was outland. (But Currently inland on WP).

My AOR was Feb 5th 2021.. everything passed but eligibility and security has not been started yet
