Total processing time : 18 months approx.
My 2 cents: Wait for MR , upfront only saves maximum 2 weeks and more troublesome if it's timing isn't ideal. IRCC will take its time anyway and has its ways to prolong processing time despite upfront medical.
The files that are deemed to get processed faster will ģet MR faster anyway from IRCC. Others like me still linger long despite upfront medical. So, wait for MR guys they will send it surely .
