How much time it takes from having temporary file # to get a AoR?

My AR : July 10, 2020
AOR : Jan 18, 2021
BIL done : Jan 21st 2021.
But i haven't received any MR yet ?
Almost everyone whose AR was in July got MR...
Anyone whose AR was in July 2020, also waiting for MR ?
