On CIC account our PR card application says they were mailed on July 17. Til today we still have not received it. Is this normal? Should I call IRCC?

For those of you who are waiting for PR card. I got IRCC message on July 17 that my PR card application is approved and mailed. Timeline in my signature.

GCKey showed nothing until I got eCOPR it showed a date under background check (a day before I received PAL), and eligibility passed on the day they issued eCOPR

My ECAS still shows decision made even though I have eCOPR and GCKey shows Approved. Weird, seems like they forgot to update there

Like he said, the way you said it sounds ignorant. Perhapt you didn't mean it. But anyway, in my situation I am closing a house in two weeks, without CoPR I will have to pay extra tax and get refund later, which is annoying. Getting CoPR in time means a lot to me. And yes, everyone's situation...

It depends, I got it after a day, some folks have been waiting for days and weeks.

I just used those passport photo app on the phone and took photo with it. Mine is still under review so I’ll update here if those are eligible. IRCC website says you can take selfie as long as it fits the requirements

photo and address are still under review, but those are for the PR card. eCOPR is issued after they accept your declaration

Exactly. For them it should be a one-second thing! See if I declared that I am in Canada -> Accept -> Boom! Computer generates eCoPR -> Send! Easy peasy...
