Three weeks after DM. Still no portal email... OINP inland with one dependant.

No idea what took them so long to issue COPR...gotta admit it's a bit annoying knowing that they made a decision but no news yet. I understand that a local officer has to do a final check but what's there to check? Does anyone have any insights?

Congrats! Did you receive any phone call? Looks like they're doing this in two ways: 1) call applicants to confirm location and send COPR right after 2) send new PR portal email to get location information and then COPR. Am I correct?

Awesome I have DM on May 12 ;) Although I am in Ontario, I am excited for what's to come in the next few days!

It really depends. Some folks got COPR in 7-10 days after DM, and some have been waiting for more than a month. I, too, am waiting for COPR, received DM last Wednesday. Hopefully I’ll have good news to share soon

Very interesting, as I see many others got phone calls before they receive COPR. Good to know they are processing this in different ways.

Did the agent explain how this happened? Did you apply as outland and later come to Canada?

I have 48%. This percentage is purely based on the estimated processing time, which is currently at 21 months from when they receive your application. It has nothing to do with the actual speed of the processing. Everyone's case varies.
