I did. The call center agent just told me that I should wait for the letter since she can't tell me the decision.

The other call I made 2 weeks ago told me that I passed everything though so I am not too worried that the application might be rejected.

It has no matter with the dates sometimes. You may get your PAL anytime. Everything is unpredictable.

Exactly, in my case after biometrics I did not receive any update. Called them weeks ago and they said that my criminality passed, but nothing else. I guess it is just a waiting game now.

I am not sure it is maintenance that is responsible for the long delay in processing MR for Outland applications, I think it is COVID-19 related. The travel restrictions, the vaccines and other related measures. I pray and hope God takes control and make things work soonest.
