Hey did u get ur copr yet? Or did u call Cic again ?
Called IRCC, they just told me that my application finished already, just waiting for the final step which is CoPR, but they don't know how long it would take. So, i'm just focusing on something else. Too tired to check gckey and ecas every hour everyday for the whole month (April) and nothing happens. :)

No worries bud. You are there almost. Keep calling and checking.

No, my husband (the applicant) was in an 18 months international MBA program 9 years ago. The attendance was once a month for 5 days in Prague, which he spent in a hotel and had no address registration there. We explained all this in the application, however, now IRCC wants a police record from the
Czech Republic. Now we are submitting an official letter from the university stating the facts. We'll see if they accept it. I am not sure if we can get a pcc from a country we haven't lived in.
I did the same thing when they asked me for PCC from UK. I just submitted a letter of explanation and they accepted it.
