any idea how much time take from DM to OATH ? Ecas showing DM from last week while in new system OATH is not completed . I am from Saskatchewan

There isn't a standard timeline. To avoid disappointment, expect it'll take at least a couple of months to receive an oath notification on the dashboard.

A couple of questions. My case became "in process" Sept2020 and it shows Background completed. Nothing has changed since then.
Is this normal processing time during covid or should I start contacting IRCC?
My PR card has expired - should I renew now or wait?

Id renew it. You really can't put a time frame on it.

My timeline also changed to in process in September 2020
My PR card also expired in May 2021, however i wait as I had no travel plan outside of country, and I am scheduled for oath Aug 23 now.
PR card processing also take almost 85 days so I think it s worth waiting if you don’t have any travel plan

Got my citizenship certificate today. Mississauga CPC said at the end of the oath ceremony that it would be 5-10 business days; got it in 5 days.

Even more than that... I applied for renewal on May 10, 2021 and still waiting for PR cards - 99 days have passed so far.

This morning everything except for oath shows as "Complete" on the tracker. ECAS shows Decision Made. How long does it usually take from here to be scheduled for oath?

depends on your processing office. I've seen members getting there oath invitation within 2 weeks while other is 5+ months. I personally got it in 5 months, thanks to the competent, hard working, never resting, elite agents of the Ottawa office

like 5 months till the actual oath or 5 months just to be scheduled for oath, which was even later on?

5 months till oath date. Test done 31st Mar., DM 26th Apr. and Oath Sept 1st.
