They sometimes send test invite while background is in progress , that’s why many people who cleared tests still in progress for sometime while others went to DM right away . The DM decision is made when all categories complete and valid , then you get oath invite. If certain category expires before oath the case go back to in progress , this is all due to the bureaucracy of the government. That’s why it is so important for CIC to send oath invite right after a DM is made.
Cool, that’s what I have on the tracker and that what I mentioned here. Each case is different and each office have their own timelines. But accusing someone of lying without proof is simply unacceptable. I would never knew any of these dates until yesterday with the new tracker.
You confirmed to yourself that your statement is DEFINITELY inaccurate. I rest my case.
I though this forum is for adults not 12 years old hormonal teenagers, but cool, you do you. Whatever floats your boat man. Don't believe me, so be it.
Doda’s timeline also matches up with mine so it’s definitely possible. My background check was complete on Jan 20 2021 and I got my invite April 14 2021.
My background check completed Jan 20 and test invite Mar 18. But i think we’re both DEFINITELY not true

In our case, background check was completed January and the test invite was sent April. So based on the people’s timeline who posted theirs from the new tracker, it’s like an average of 2-3 months.
The other checks are still in progress tho. It was just the background check and test that were completed in mine.
The background checks only last 12 months , if they send out test invites in April or later they’d better completes everything else within 6 months and get oath invite ready within 3 months. The reason lots of folks especially family of 3 applicants wait so long is all because of their timeline intertwine and background checks expired.
