You cannot come back to Canada with an expired PR card. The only exception is when you drive back to Canada from the US.

Congrats to those who've completed their test. I'd applied in Jan 2020 and have been waiting for my citizenship test and interview right now. Can anyone pls share what the avg timelines look like for next steps?

I think they are doing online citizenship tests for Urgent Applications only. Normal applications are still waiting tests, probably untill after all urgent are complete for 2020.

Someone from January application got a test invite. this is from group on Facebook
Applied January 2020 and AOR in august 2020

How is this test performed its like a zoom/skype call with webcam? also when they send you the invite how many days in advance they send the notification do u have some days to study again and refresh the book before test? thank you
