Through Webform is one way.

Otherwise, if you have linked your application to online portal, you may get an option to upload documents there.

Thanks. I tried to link my paper application to my online acct but it says my uci is not found. I also tried the webform but it just says inquiry. ‘Can’t find that section to upload the forms. Can someone post the link here? Thank you in advance

In the webform, after you filled up all the necessary boxes, then you will click the NEXT option at the BOTTOM of the webform page. Tada! The next page will ask you UPLOAD A DOCUMENT, yes or no. Click the yes, and there you go, you can now upload the document. I did it with my renewed passport and missing receipt.

Once you fill the details on webform, after clicking next page, you will get an option to upload the documents.
