I got an email reply from LVO. @legalfalcon plz tell me is it a generic reply or there is any problem with my eligibility? Aor 29 jan. stream PNP outlander

Please be advised that due to ongoing restrictions in the United Kingdom relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, IRCC London is operating at significantly reduced capacity. Your application is awaiting review but we are unable to advise when this review will take place in the near term.

Please rest assured that we will contact you should anything additional be required. In view of the ongoing situation relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, no application in progress will be closed or refused due to a lack of documentation or inability to complete the application process in time, such as giving biometrics or completing an immigration medical exam, when unrestricted travel reopens.

Same here, just wait a while, we will receive ppr sooner.. Regularly check ur account

This is a generic reply asking you to wait.

Usually webforms have some details on eligibility and other stages:

Hi All,

My Aor is 6th January 2020. I got my medical test done on 13th December 2019 and it got passed in my application on 24th January 2020
But again on 29th September I have received a request for 1017E and they are asking to get my medicals before 90 days.
Has anyone else experienced this? Also if anyone has any idea why are they asking for medical tests again even after it was passed and it is valid till 13th December.

@legalfalcon please help.

Thanks in advance

Hi @legalfalcon @caipsnotes
need you guys advise please. I'm currently living and working in the US but my work authorization in US will end on 9/30, so i have to move back to my home country to wait for ppr. I plan to go back in November and update ircc via web form about the address change in Nov. Do i also need to send webform about my employment termination? Will it have negative impact on my pending case?

Your application may be in the final stage and if your medicals expire in December, you won't have enough time to land and the PRV cannot be issued, since the medicals not only have to be valid when the application is approved, but also when you land.

If you claimed points for your Current employment, you will have to inform IRCC that you no longer work there. This has no effect on your points or the application. Informing IRCC is important since if they want to verify your employment, they should be aware that you no longer work there.

Same! My AOR is Jan 9th and I literally just got the 1017E request. Will do it this weekend.
I hope it's a good sign.
