Hello Friends,

In my previous web form, they have confirmed that my Eligibility is met. However, the reply I got yesterday states that the same is still in process.

Any idea?

Hi! Can you share the exact wording in the previous webform reply? Did it say currently meets or recommend passed?

Hi I just re-read the GCMS notes and it says the following:

Recommendation: Review Required
Summary Notes: UNABLE TO CONFIRM NOC EXPERIENCES WITH UNI... PA HAS CLAIMED NOC 0421 FOR THESE EXPERIENCES. LOE SHOWS PA WA A TA/RA FOR THE MENTIONED ROLES. UNABLE TO CONFIRM # YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. APPEARS CRS NOT MET. PLEASE REVIEW.

I requested my boss for a better and detailed LOE that matches the NOC better. And can I now write to CIC with the updated LOE and explain why I chose this NOC and not what they expected referring to the above from GCMS notes?
You should have used NOC 4012. its the one designated for research/teaching assistant.

Hi Guys,
Do you know if that process bar is just automated and actually doesnt mean anything? I am an outland applicant and not expecting to hear back but my application bar is at 99% with 2 days left but except for medical and biometrics there is no update.

Of course, it is automated and does not mean much. You may be at 100% and wait for an additional four months while you may be at 75% and receive approval.

Guys please help me understand this. I ordered gcms early June and i received today. The officer in March note indicated I was not met the eligibility due to My LOE wasn't clear enough to match my NOC code (which me personally think it was clear enough)
Then I see there is a thing called "Group Name# " on my gcms note and below that it's says " pnp 11.2 not met-refusal"
Then I called out cic agent today. He told me everything is passed on Yesterday on my file and just waiting for officer's next step.
I am really confused now. Am I passed? Am I refused? Who should I believe?

I agree with @pemyrie Ordering new set of GCMS notes will tell you the real truth.

Their Website says: Note: At time of APR, PNP Express Entry applicants must demonstrate they meet the PNP program requirements and, for A11.2 assessment, that they meet the program requirements of one federal immigration program (FSWP or CEC or FSTP).

Do you satisfy the CEC requirement? Do you have any required document missing?

Due to Covid situation, IRCC were not refusing any applications. There could be high chances that you application would have reviewed again before marking it refused and processed under the right stream. See the exception part: https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/section-11.2.html

@Rember8964 Hey, my CIC account got updated on June 23. It now says that my application is approved and I can see COPR numbers. Though, I haven't received an email or a message from IRCC.

Have you received an email with your COPR?

Congrats!!!
Still waiting for the document, it's almost 3 weeks since my application approved.
Keep me update if you get COPR or instruction letter from the landing office.
