Hi Guys,

Anyone from India applied for PCC stating "resident permit"? Just read another forum that an application was cancelled because of that!!
Hi
I applied with "Residence Permit" for Canada for PCC and got it without any issues.

Windsor would be the fastest available option.

If you're from Toronto, another choice is the Canada Service centre in Gatineau (Quebec). It's 15 minutes from Ottawa, so just take the train and an Uber. There are multiple slots available. That's what I did last week.

What I meant was that I too got the PCC mentioning "resident permit", but "immigration other than citizenship" looks like a safer option since one guy's application was cancelled by a VO because he choose the former category in PCC.

Update:

Aor - 9th January
MEP & BIL - 29th January
Bio given - 4th February
Called IRCC for status they said,

Eligibility - Met
Criminality - Passed
Security - not started.

Is this good progress for 30 days of processing? Any idea how much security check might take time?
Hey, do you think they will only provide application progress information over a phone call or CSE web form will do as well?

You now need to monitor your progress.... average processing time is around 6-8 months.

Hi, Eligibility met update within a month time? that's some achievement ! With this progress, I guess PPR should be within 30-45 days. Good luck !
from your name..Are from MH, India?

Hi all,
My AOR is 23th January. On 5th Feb I got BIL, and have completed it on 17th, but my medical is still "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam". Is that normal? I haven't received any updates from IRCC on whether I should follow up on my medical.
