Does your application still get looked at if the documents are incomplete? I received RCMP request last monday, did it on Wednesday but they have yet to send me the certificate to my address. I would hate for it to delay my application...

Bio given - 4th February
Called IRCC for status they said,

Eligibility - Met
Criminality - Passed
Security - not started.

Is this good progress for 30 days of processing? Any idea how much security check might take time?

It certainly is a good progress. However, security checks can take anything between 20 days to 2 months or more. It is done by third party and IRCC has got no control over it's processing time.

I think its done by an external government agency and can take more than a year in some cases...

Hey guys. I was wondering if we want to order GCMS notes, I have a brother that is a Canadian citizen and lives there, I already have his passport and all that i used for the express entry, would it be ok if I ask for them from IRCC under his name but with my email address? I am asking because my email address contains my name and surname and would be of course different than my brother's name.

Not sure how much time would it take to get the PPR.
