What do you mean by a common law PCC?

Question: 3 of us need to do biometrics but we are having a difficulty going in the same day. Does anyone know if it matters if we go different dates/times or if we have to go together? @legalfalcon can u help with that?

I get it now.
Hi @legalfalcon do you know or have an idea on how get saudi arabia PCC. I have read old forums and got some idea.. Can you add some more?

I have contacted our office of migrants affairs and they can only give me a "certificate of no derogatory record" in liue of the Saudi arabia PCC.

Thank you so much

I am not aware of the specific criteria. However, IRCC website clearly states:

If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

I received a mail that " Your application status has changes." however, there is no change in my application. Anyone who faced the same situation?

This is normal, and is known as "ghost update." It happens 1-2 times during the application processing. It just reflects an update, but you do not see any significant change in your MyCIC status.

I forgot to mention my 7 days travel in the year of 2011, probably in the month of November. Raised a CSE and included travel history form but only mentioned this travel, also wrote LOE.
@legalfalcon , I dont remember the dates and month but it was probably in November 2011 so I used the wording "PROBABLY" for month and days ...will it cause some trouble?

What do you mean you dont remember the dates? The dates will be stamped on the visa page on the passport?
