When you send them info on a webform they always respond in about 5 days. Did you not receive a response?

If not and you are in Canada, call them to check on it. If not and you are not in Canada, send another webform attaching receipt again and explain why you are re-sending it. Good luck!
 
For anyone whose spouse/partner landed at Vancouver International Airport, how did it go for you? I will be arriving there from Saskatchewan about 15 mins before my partner gets there from Australia.

Will we be able to connect before his interview? Does that happen after he passes through customs? I'm just trying to work out the logistics.
